Five months now. We had our reception.

Russians meet
the Americans. Family meets for the first time. Lots of love,
wings, balloons, and alcohol.

International Soccer Tournament
April 15th,
2007, Ven Korikov led the CCCP team to rise above the rest, crush its
enemies, and win the International Soccer Tournament at USCS.

It's been a long three four months. I knew I
wanted him from the moment I saw him. We're a little weird, and a lot
of happy. And we're married. It's still weird to say that.

The Wedding
Here is the
evidence. We are truly married. I couldn't imagine it being any
more perfect. The perfect dress, the perfect rings, the perfect
chapel, and the perfect man: ELVIS! I wish you could have been there,
but I'm glad you weren't. That's why we took pictures! Honeymoon
pictures not included.

the locals? You betcha.

was cold? Alex took us up to a great spot for fishing trout.
It's a bit of a walk to the car. Which is fun... when you have a fish
flopping around in your jacket. Sorry, no pix of that.

Fabric Art Show, February 5, 2007
My mom quilts.
She's fantastisch. This was an art show that focused on fabric art.

Christmas Vacation at Folley Beach, 2006
First vacation
Stas & I took. The beach in winter was a wonderful idea. You
can't tell the difference from the sand and the ice. By the way, I won
$300 in pool from Stas. Yeah, I'm that good.

Laura & Dad's Trip to Texas, September 2006
Dad & me went to
Texas to say hi to his folks back in September. Scorchin' hot, got
locked out of the house, and that's when we figured out that I should never
pick out another movie. Ever.
